A 2012 decemberében rögtön az év egyik legjobb dalával, a No Stringsszel bemutatkozó londoni elektro-pop énekesnő Chlöe Howl 2013 januárjában egy Rumour című újabb remek felvétellel duplázott, majd március 4-én, a 18. születésnapján ez utóbbihoz egy videoklipet is bemutatott, sőt egy azonos című háromszámos EP-t is letölthetővé tett, melyen a már ismert két dalon kívül az I Wish I Could Tell You című szerzeménye is szerepelt. Mindehhez azt is elárulta, hogy az EP mindhárom számához forgatott klipet, tehát van még mire várnunk – és a No Strings videója a mai napon meg is érkezett!
